A Black History Month Tribute To Black Women and The Greene Sisters

When asked to produce a Video Presentation for a play about ordinary Black Women, I wanted to find the right song to create the energy and spirit to drive the piece. Through incredible coincidence, fate, or what have you, I came across a song made by the former gospel group, the Greene Sisters. The name of the song was "When Will We Get Paid". The song, and the soul which the Greene Sisters put in the song, became the Video, and all I had to do was find the right images. And hopefully, the women in these pictures, who are looking directly at the video, can ask there question, regardless of how long they have been gone. In tribute to the Greene Sisters, and to all Black Women who were never able to ask "When Will We Get Paid, For The Work We Done", may souls feel free to ask that question in this Video
